• Food & beverages including are not allowed to be brought into the spa.
• Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted into the spa without adult supervision. Guest ages 18+ are welcome to schedule a massage service. Minors ages 13+ may enjoy Teen Facial, Hair, or Nail Services with a parent in the treatment room at all times
• For the comfort of other guests, please refrain from cellular phone use or other devices that may disturb guest relaxation in all areas of the spa.
• Please do not place your valuables inside the spa robes or lockers. The spa is not liable for any lost personal valuables.
• For the safety of our staff and guests, drug and alcohol abuse will not be tolerated. Inebriated guests may be asked to leave safely and denied service.
• If you wish to bring a guest to enjoy the spa, amenities, and beach with you, all guests not receiving service of $100 or more, may purchase a Vitality Day Pass to enjoy the spa amenities and beach access with a lounge chair & umbrella.
• A 20% customary gratuity will be added to all spa services & experiences at the time of your checkout.
• A photo identification will be required for gift card or credit card transactions.
• A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid full-service charges.
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your spa appointment time. Be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment time.
• Prices are subject to change and may vary seasonally.
• A $5 Resort Fee per person will be added to your ticket.
• Guest attire can elevate or diminish the experience of others. We consider see-through clothing or exposed personal body parts inappropriate for our spa environment. Elegant, comfortable, resort attire is most suitable. Our staff takes pride in their appearance, and we ask our guests to respect our attire guidelines.
• The Spa utilizes demand pricing. Prices are subject to fluctuate based on demand.
